7065 AX/EX Rim Clamp

High-Volume Rim-Clamp Tire Changer

The COATS 5065 Changer meets the demands of today's wheel service market head-on.

• Manual swing arm design uses one control to adjust horizontal tool head position and a second control to adjust vertical height.

• Available with a 1.5 HP air drive system which allows fast and powerful control of the wheel under heavy loads while still allowing the user infinite control of wheel movement.

• Alternately available with a 1 HP electric drive system.

• Bead loosener features three support blocks for greater control of wheel.

Economy Rim-Clamp Tire Changer

The 5040 has conveniently-placed foot pedals that give you precise control over every step of the changing process. The Coats 1.5 hp motor (air model) helps smoothly install performance tire beads without damage. A powerful bead loosener has three support blocks and a sculpted blade to make quick work of even the most stubborn tires. Smooth operation provides faster floor to floor times and “on times”.

The COATS Model 4050 Center Post Tire Changer is super fast and super powerful. All operations--bead loosening, demounting, mounting, and inflation--are performed in the same position.

The Coats HIT 6000 tire changer is designed for servicing tubeless tires. It can change tubeless truck tires in a matter of minutes without the use of adapters, as well as loosen tube-type tire beads.
