Centech® Radial Tire Repair Systems

CENTECH is the most advanced radial tire repair system ever developed.

With Centech center-over-injury radial repairs, tire injuries in the crown, shoulder or sidewall can be repaired. A special compounding and design allow the repair unit to flex and resist heat, assuring a permanent repair.

With Centech repairs, there's no need to apply the repair from non-flex to non-flex area. And since the Centech system consists of only six repairs, inventory and buffing time is reduced and repair unit selection is simplified.

Centech repair units last the life of the tire, saving thousands of dollars per year in new tire purchases.

TECH PermaCure™
Inside/Outside Reinforced Repairs

Tech PERMACURE repairs utilize an exclusive nylon reinforced design that makes applying repairs easier - virtually eliminating cutting, resulting in less labor time and a durable, permanent repair. Tech's unique cushion gum flows and cures into cracks and crevices and actually vulcanizes to the tire itself (see illustration at right).

PERMACURES can be used in the crown, shoulder and sidewall areas of all steel belted radial and bias tubeless auto, truck and off-the-road tires.

TECH PermaCure™ Repairs
Excellent for Retreading and Equally Effective for Demounted Tire Applications

PERMACURES are designed to work equally well for demounted tires and are effective repair units to use in the retreading process. PERMACURES can be used as injury filler material and then can be backed up with the appropriate repair unit.

For Easy Application of Flow Seal PermaCures

Tech PERMACURES can easily be applied using the Tech PERMACURE TOOL and NEEDLES. The exclusive tool design and needle eliminates cutting of PERMACURES and makes applications to the tire easier.

The unique gooseneck handle design comfortably fits the contour of the hand and allows both hands to be used for stronger grip and easier entry of the PERMACURES.

Heavy duty stainless steel needles will not rust and have a longer life. The PERMACURE TOOL features a tightening screw on one side that allows the tool to accept either the truck or passenger replacement needles.

Truck PERMACURES are engineered for both on-the-wheel and demounted tire repairs. They can be used as filler material for injuries and can be backed up with an appropriate repair unit. PERMACURES make excellent repairs when used in a retread process.

Radial-Seal® Repairs

Tech's Radial-Seals repair 3/8", 9mm to 1/2", 13mm injuries in radial constructed tires using a simple nail hole repair technique saving labor time and materials when compared to conventional section repair procedures.

Tech Uni-Seal® Repairs & Stems For Bias Tire Injuries

Tech's Uni-Seal Ultras repair crown, shoulder and sidewall injuries in radial and bias, passenger, light truck and truck tires. Uni-Seal Ultras are speed rated and repair 1/8", 3mm and 1/4", 6mm injuries.

Tech's 249W Uni-Seal Plus repairs 1/16", 1.5mm injuries.

Tech has designed the Uni-Seal Ultra with 30% more usable stem length for deep tread applications. A 25% thicker cap maximizes reinforcement of the innerliner and eliminates dimpling. Uni-Seal Ultras can be applied chemically or used in any retread process.
